The Luire Accord was a decree that was passed by the Galactic Senate in 30 BBY.
The decree was passed as an attempt to end the tensions on the planet Nyriaan between the native Nyriaanans and the various mining corporations that had operations the world. The accord divided Nyriaan into various different regions, control of which were given to different groups, on the basis of their political and financial backing. The settlement Locus was also divided up into a number of sectors, and a planetary government, the Nyriaan Concord, was established. To appease the Nyriaanans and environmental groups, the decree set aside a number of reservations, to preserve the world's environmental purity.
Following the decree, the native Nyriaanan clans withdrew into the planet's unexplored regions.
