In 2005, Hasbro released MSE-1T as an exclusive Star Tours action figure. The droid and its counterpart found in the Disney's Hollywood Studios and Tokyo Disneyland version of Star Tours.
According to the Spot the Droid poster and the Complete Guide to Star Tours booklet for the Tokyo starport, they made their homes in the Droidnostics Center. A map of the ride noted that passengers are often extremely lucky to find one.
