The Maelstrom Prison was a space station constructed in the heart of the Maelstrom nebula for the Sith Emperor's enemies. The Jedi Master Revan was imprisoned in the facility in 3950 BBY, his life sustained by machinery and Sith alchemy, until he was freed by the forces of the Galactic Republic over three hundred years later.
