Maleficent

Maleficent was a high-ranking title within the Sith offshoot group known as the Sorcerers of Tund. Those who held the rank were often addressed by their given name, followed by "the Maleficent." The only known holder of the title was the group's leader, Karnak Tetsu.

The title of Maleficent was first mentioned in part 3 of the blog series The Imperial Warlords: Despoilers of an Empire, in Cronal's section relating to Karnak Tetsu. Abel G. Pena mentioned that he gave the rank because of it being a cool term for evil that he liked, and as a reference to Johnny Carson's psychic character routine named Carnac the Magnificent.
