Mish'al "Meesh" Samman (ID 3973) is the former Commanding Officer of the Saudi Arabian Outpost, part of the real-world 501st Legion costuming organization. His likeness, as drawn by Star Wars artist and author Jan Duursema, appears on the last page of Legacy (2006) 16 as Captain Meeshal, an Imperial officer under the command of Darth Stryfe.
