Sergeant Mokem was a male Gungan soldier living on Naboo.
In 32 BBY, displaced passengers from the Crescent fled Theed during the Invasion of Naboo and sought shelter in the nearby Lianorm Swamp. A Gungan patrol led by Mokem halted the refugees and escorted them to the edge of the swamp, refusing to allow them to travel any deeper.
The Gungan surname "Mokem" means, "greatful guest."
