The Mon Cala eel, also known as the electric eel, was a green, predatory eel species found on the ocean planet of Mon Cala.
Some electric eels were used during the time of Battle of Mon Cala by the Quarren and the Separatists as restraining and torture instruments in devices called eel cages.
