Morrts were small, slug-like parasites that sucked the blood from their hosts. Their skin gave off mild anesthetic. Morrts gave off a "sweetish stink."
Wild morrts would swarm their target and drain it dry. Domesticated morrts were very tame and docile, and could easily be removed by their tails.
The native Gamorreans had great affection for these creatures and found them adorable. The number of morrts feeding on a Gamorrean was a status symbol among males with clan leaders and warriors having up to twenty of these creatures feeding on them at a time.
