The Mountain Poachers were a criminal group of poachers that was active on the planet Naboo at the time of the Galactic Civil War.
The Mountain Poachers operated in the Gallo Mountains after the Battle of Yavin. They included beings from various species, including Humans, Bith, Rodians, Bothans and Aqualish. They had trained narglatches to aid them during their hunts.

In 1 ABY, the Mountain Poachers took over a bunker that served as base of operations for a group of Naboo miners, located in the mountain wilderness many kilometers south-east of the Lake Retreat. One of the miners, Galuf Cardaan, then contacted Sergeant Snopel, a retired Imperial commando, in order to got rid of the poachers. Snopel therefore dispatched a group of commandos under training to deal with the criminals. The commandos attacked the bunker, killing some poachers and narglatches in the assault, and successfully reclaimed the building.
The Mountain Poachers appeared in 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. The Mountain Poachers were added to the game upon the release of the "Publish 25," a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
