The house of the Naberrie family was where Padmé Amidala and her sister Sola Naberrie grew up, built by the girls father Ruwee Naberrie and located far from Naboo's capital city. Like most houses on Naboo, it was built out of stone and capped with white domed roofs.
The house had a courtyard and a piece of carved wood was attached to the doorpost at the front of the house. The sitting room was lined with tall windows and the walls were painted blue and bowls of red flowers decorated various architectural flourishes. There were chairs and a table under one of the windows. The house also had several guest rooms and a greenhouse.
There was also a family holo on one of the walls that captured Padmé and Sola in the garden as toddlers carefully weeding ordered rows of vegetables. Padmé had insisted on a kitchen garden and had done most of the work herself sure that the food produced could be given to the people most in need of it.
The Naberrie family home first appeared in a deleted scene from Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones. Johnston paid homage to Natalie Portman's Judaism in Queen's Shadow with the inclusion of a mezuzah-like object on the doorpost of the Naberrie home.
