She was first revealed, albeit unidentified, in an article published on StarWars.com on January 17, 2023, previewing the Star Wars comics to be released in April that year. Nussi later first appeared, and was also identified, in the third issue of the series. The issue was writen by Justina Ireland, illustrated by Pere Pérez, and published by Marvel Comics on April 19.
