The Outer Court of the Royal Residence was a large ballroom inside the Royal Residence of Cartann. All social gatherings and functions where held here by the perator of Cartann.
It had an arched entryway where all weapons except a blastsword were confiscated by the guards. The entryway leads to the ballroom which was a two-story chamber with a balcony all around the second story. Its walls were draped with tapestries in a shimmering silver hue.
It was here where the perator of Cartann held all his receptions to the pilot dignitaries of the New Republic and Galactic Empire. It was also here where he announced the first world planetary government of Adumar.
