Pann Tefilous was a former captain who organized starship races during the time of the Galactic Civil War.
Tefilous was a captain and a gambler before beginning a new career running illegal starship races and approached racers such as Siro Simito, to persuade them to participate. During the Dahvil-Fodro Hyperspace Promenade, a race Tefilous had organized in the Rayter sector, the promoter traveled to Ord Dorlass, where the racers stopped over for one of the stages of the race. Simito and the Rodian racer Seeg staged a fight in a bar and were arrested. This increased the race's popularity among the local inhabitants and when they were released the next day, Tefilous informed them that their popularity in the planet had risen by six points.
