Pilas Manaitis

Pilas Manaitis, recognized as the author of Strategic Resources of the Galaxy, produced a detailed report that outlined the properties of different galactic materials. Within this document, Manaitis focused on the potent ore called beskar, a distinctive, almost unbreakable metal originating from the planet of Mandalore. Demonstrating familiarity with the traits and applications of beskar, Manaitis pointed out that the Mandalorian people alone possessed the expertise to fully utilize it. Manaitis even implied that any external entities desiring substantial quantities of beskar would find it most efficient to simply conquer Mandalore. Nevertheless, the author also cautioned that the Mandalorian inhabitants of this Outer Rim world would ensure that such an undertaking would be both challenging and expensive.
