The Portmaster's office was an office located in the Trannon district of Carannia, the capital city of the Outer Rim Territories planet Serenno. The office was far from the Carannia Spaceport and controlled space travel to and from the spaceport. Because of this, tickets booked to leave Carannia and security systems in the spaceport equipped with facial recognition could be accessed from a computer at the office. The office usually housed a Portmaster, an assistant and at least one security droid. In 23 BBY, in an effort to find Jenza, Dooku's sister, Sith assassin Asajj Ventress barged into the office and mind tricked Yepa, the Portmaster's assistant, into making a cup of Caf in Saffia, a city on Serenno. Ventress later interrogated the Portmaster, Raz Fellidrone as to the whereabouts of Jenza. After finding out that Jenza never went to her flight to the planet Coruscant in the Core Worlds and was instead kidnapped by a Crolute, Ventress left the office. Before she left however, she warned Fellidrone that if he spoke a word of what had transpired, she would rip out his tongue.
