The quad-pulse laser was a weapon fitted to two prototype Delta-7 Aethersprite-class light interceptors by Jedi Master Saesee Tiin.
Quad-pulse lasers were top-of-the-line armaments as of 22 BBY, and their high rate of fire compensated for their relative weak power against conventional laser cannons. Adi Gallia tested one of Tiin's prototypes, equipped with four quad-pulse lasers, during the Occupation of Karthakk.
