Colonel Raibat was a knight of House Reena of the Tapani sector and an Imperial Army officer. He was described by many as a thick-necked bull of a man and was a strong supporter of the New Order. He was a guest at the Unification Gala held prior to the Battle of Endor and hosted by Lady Peta Lactril of House Barnaba. He considered the pomp and ceremony of the Gala to be unnecessary extravagance.
