Boss Gallo had unified the tribes against Rogoe, and was preparing to launch a massive attack on Rogoe's fortress city of Spearhead. Marsune made contact with the Bongomeken Collective and contracted them to build a large navy for Gallo. Upon doing so, the attack on Spearhead commenced. Gallo's forces also allied with a bursa tribe.
Gallo led his militiagungs into a fierce battle with Rogoe's forces at the gates of Spearhead. Battering his way through, and sustaining heavy losses, he got to Rogoe's keep, and destroyed it, thereby claiming the land of Spearhead.
Gallo would then name the city Otoh Gunga, a city that stood for peace, not war.
The Battle of Spearhead appears in the third mission of the Gungan campaign in the 2001 video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds and its 2002 expansion pack Clone Campaigns. The game's strategy guide provides a layout of the battle and suggests ways to defeat Spearhead's defense. The player has the option of helping a bursa tribe; this article assumes the player did so.
