A conflict was ensued when the Jedi Master Rajivari, founder of the Jedi Order and member of the first Jedi High Council, disagreeing with the policies that his fellow founders had agreed upon for the Order, turned to the Dark side and launched a purge to destroy the Light side-based Jedi Order and rebuilt it from the ground with his own principles. The conflict was quickly ended after Rajivari failed to murder his fellow Council members and was killed instead. Despite Rajivari's death, his remaining followers barricaded themselves within his headquarters on Kaleth and put up a last stand against the Jedi Order, officially ending the conflict with the fall of Kaleth and death of all of Rajivari's followers.
