Readiness Report: Surface Vehicles was a Rebel Alliance document authored by General Pitt Onoran of the Rebel Alliance Special Forces during the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire. The report also featured comments by Lieutenant Taidu Sefla and discussed various rebel vehicles used by the Alliance. The document was presented to rebel leader Mon Mothma, and it was later included in The Rebel Files, a collection of Alliance documents that was discovered in 34 ABY.
