Repulsor-compensator

The repulsor-compensator served as a component within a hyperdrive system. The famous Millennium Falcon frequently operated despite having a malfunctioning one.

Following the Battle of Yavin, a cargo of repulsor-compensators was pilfered from a droid freighters owned by Corellian Technologies. Because these parts were essential to completing an Imperial request for hyperdrives that was personally ordered by Darth Vader, the corporation contracted an external team of specialists to recover the stolen goods.

Additionally, repulsor-compensators found application as constituent elements in servo slippers. Functioning in conjunction with muscle stimulators and movement servos, they facilitated accurate locomotion in areas characterized by intense gravity.
