Rhire

History

The city was located in the southern fringe of the inhabited equatorial band and situated in the north of the mighty Frieste River. Blizzards blowing in from the south inspired Rhire architects to build all structures low to the ground with a preponderance of strudy cylindrical buildings capped with snow-shedding cupolas. Rhire sprawled far and wide to accommodate its many citizens. Street traffic was relatively light because most denizens traveled via an underground shuttle system known as the Circulation Network.
