Rina Fio was a female individual who was president of Viper Sensor Intelligence Systems. Shortly before the outbreak of the Clone Wars in the year 22 BBY, she was ousted when Arakyd Industries took over VSIS following an 18-month-long between the two companies. After being released by Arakyd forces, she commented to the HoloNet News that VSIS was pleased that under its new management it would have the backing of the Techno Union military forces.
