The lowest level of the Sand Pirate Base.

Following the Battle of Yavin, the Sand Pirates used to attack any transport which found itself close to their base. In 1 ABY, the pirates caused many troubles to local trader and interfered with the activities of Coris Mao's business partners. Mao finally contacted Sergeant Snopel, a retired Imperial commando, in order to got rid of the pirates. Snopel therefore dispatched a group of commandos under training to deal with the pirates. The commandos killed the two guards at the base's entrance, and eliminated at least ten others within the bunker's confines in order to send a message that innocent citizens could not be terrorized with impunity. At the base's lowest level, the soldiers encountered and killed the boss of the Sand Pirates. Eventually, the commandos overloaded the reactor of the base, thereby blowing up the building. The raid disrupted the activities of the Sand Pirates for the time being.
