The Scillal system contained shipyards that were the largest starship manufacturing facility of the Centrality. The company Scillal Designs was headquartered in the system, and although the shipyards were far smaller than the facilities located in the orbit of the Core Worlds planet Corellia, they were adequate for most of the warship requests made by the Centrality Navy. As a result, the Scillal system became a hotspot for terrorist activity.
