The Siege of Belasco was a late engagement of the First Alsakan Conflict, a war that had commenced more than two centuries earlier, lasted for another hundred years, and was the first of a fourteen-millennia-long series of wars over political control of the Republic between Coruscant, the planet Alsakan, and their respective allies.
