Sipo was a location in the galaxy. When questioned about his past by Arvel Skeen, Cassian Andor claimed to have spent three years in a youth center at Sipo, starting when he was thirteen. It was there that he learned about the prison tattoos that Skeen had, including Krayt Head and By The Hand tattoos.
