Darth Azamin was the head of the Sphere during the Great Galactic War, and he was succeeded by Darth Decimus during the Cold War.
After the Empire's defeat at the hand of the Eternal Empire, the sphere was combined with the Spheres of Military Offense and Defense of the Empire into the Sphere of Military Command by Empress Darth Acina.
