The Navy appears in the second level of the Trade Federation campaign, "Spinnaker's Spoils," although it is only identified within the strategy guide.
In the game, the Navy's boats are included as part of the Naboo Royal Navy's forces. Destroying the Navy is not essential for the player to complete the level, but the strategy guide recommends it. The strategy guide also states that the Navy has anti-air destroyers that the player should eliminate with their Multi-Troop Transports; however, the Navy's anti-air destroyers did not appear in Galactic Battlegrounds.
