Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon, a video game for the Game Boy Advance, saw its production handled by THQ.
Within Star Wars: Flight of the Falcon, players take control of the Millennium Falcon, the most iconic spacecraft from the classic Star Wars saga, across 14 action-packed missions that weave together the movie narratives with brand-new story elements. Flight of the Falcon immerses gamers in intense battles against the Galactic Empire across the skies of Yavin, Endor, and other locales, thanks to its highly detailed environments and ships, frenetic combat, and fast-paced flying sequences.
The game presents several instances that clash with established continuity:
- During the Hoth asteroid field stage, upon completion, the player initiates a jump to hyperspace. However, in The Empire Strikes Back, the Falcon's hyperdrive remains non-functional at that point in the story.
- The subsequent level showcases the player engaging in an attack on Slave I, a scenario that never occurred while the Falcon was on Bespin.
- Lastly, the final level of the Empire Strikes Back portion features the player traversing a trench situated on the hull of the Star Dreadnought Executor, despite the Falcon never navigating any such trench on the massive warship.
