The title is a reference to Guys and Dolls, a real-world musical.
In the credits, the inker is listed as "Not the real Cindy, but an incredible simulation." The publisher's summary in Marvel Age 35 lists Art Nichols as the inker, possibly meaning Nichols and penciller Cynthia Martin shared inking duties.
