Starfire 'skee

Starfire 'skee was an alcoholic beverage. In 22 BBY, blue starfire 'skee was served at the Outlander Club on the planet Coruscant, where it was kept in a tall tube behind the club's central bar. Starfire 'skee was also served in the Alcazar cantina on the planet Akiva, where the beverage was brown and muddy and tasted like laser fire.

Between 12 and 11 BBY, Jedi Master Cere Junda in thought likened the pleasantly addictive rush of maintaining a connection with the Force to spice and starfire 'skee.

Several months after the Battle of Endor, the human former Imperial Sinjir Rath Velus attempted to order Jogan fruit brandy at the cantina, but was informed by the that only ale, grog, and the 'skee were available. Velus chose to order a jorum of the 'skee, which felt like it burned a hot channel through his core when he shot it back. Those who drunk too much 'skee at Alcazar were thrown out the "shame door" into a side alley.

Starfire 'skee was first mentioned in the novel Aftermath, which was released in 2015 and written by Chuck Wendig. The 2019 reference book Star Wars: How Not to Get Eaten by Ewoks and Other Galactic Survival Skills then retconned one of the drinks visible in the 2002 prequel trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, as being starfire 'skee.
