Stealth ship

Stealth ships were starships equipped with cloaking devices or other stealth technology to remain hidden. During the Naboo Crisis, Sith apprentice Darth Maul flew the stealth ship Scimitar. Early in the Clone Wars, the Galactic Republic fielded the IPV-2C Stealth Corvette, a prototype stealth ship, at the Battle of Christophsis. The Carrion Spike, Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin's personal corvette, was based on the Stealth Corvette and thus had a state-of-the-art cloaking device.
