Sulyet

Sulyet was a type of Quarren cuisine. It consisted of small slices of sea creatures attached to tikit grain and served fresh at a bar right next to the chef. Not only was it served raw, it was preferably served while it was still moving. Pieces that were still moving were seen as a sign of freshness. It had a sweet and sour taste. The types of seafood used included purple coral worm, nudibranch, and nexufish. Purple sourwort was a popular garnish. Jax Pavan had sulyet during his visit to Gort's Mon Calamari restaurant.

Sulyet appears to based on real world sushi, as it was similar in both serving style and composition. Tikit grain may have been the equivalent of sushi rice, and nexufish possessed characteristics similar to fugu.
