A TPS report was a type of report that members of Imperial remnants on Morak were required to fill out after missions. During a mission to infiltrate the Morak Imperial refinery Din Djarin was accosted by Imperial officer Valin Hess. Former Imperial sharpshooter Migs Mayfeld attempted to help Djarin by telling Valin Hess that Djarin had suffered ear canal damage. He then tried to guide Djarin away by saying that they had to fill out TPS reports so they could recharge the power coils. However, Hess stated that the pair had not been dismissed, before telling the men that they were the only HCVw A9.2 juggernaut transport drivers to survive and deliver rhydonium to the refineries and he wished to buy them a drink.
The TPS report was first mentioned in "Chapter 15: The Believer," the seventh episode of the second season of The Mandalorian. TPS reports were popularized in the 1999 comedy Office Space.
