The ship was large enough to risk flying through the turbulent storms of Dagobah and could carry several starfighters. The vessel's bridge had large, green display screens.
It carried several Jedi, as well as their fighters, during a purge of a Dark Jedi cult in the Bpfassh system. The Takara spent some time reaching the starfighters' position in orbit of Dagobah, before landing on the planet to pick up the Jedi Knight Minch, who had just defeated the leader of the Bpfasshi Dark Jedi cult.
