The Tech Citadel was a facility on the planet Coruscant that employed slicers and technicians serving the Galactic Republic. During the Clone Wars, the slicers at the Citadel analyzed the protocol droid TD-54's memory banks at the request of the Jedi Order, and found out that the droid had a complete set of control commands for a battle droid factory on Geonosis, and he formerly belonged to the crime lord Jabba the Hutt.
