The Commons was a grassy park at the center of the city of Ussa, on Bellassa. As the Galactic Republic was nearing its final days, the Commons served as meeting place for the Ussan citizens to relax. With the occupation by Imperial forces, the Commons was largely covered by the new garrison building.
