The adventure takes place on the planet Spira. A group of Alliance to Restore the Republic operatives arrive on the water planet to retrieve a shipment of medical and military supplies that was dumped into the deep sea. In order to retrieve those supplies from its hiding place in an ancient alien wreck without being noticed by the local Imperial forces, the Rebels participate in the annual yacht race, the Spira Regatta Open.
