The couple Shirene and Esmelle owned a thermajug in their home on the planet Akiva, and when Esmelle's sister Norra Wexley visited shortly before the Rebellion on Akiva, Shirene sent Esmelle to the kitchen, where their thermajug was on the stovetop, to make some tea with the device in order to break up an argument between the sisters.
