Her first contact with an outsider would not come until Resistance Spy Vi Moradi found them and promised that she would come back as soon as she could, as she had come to Parnassos on a mission gathering intelligence on Captain Phasma, and could not bring them offworld in her single seat starship.
Four months later, Moradi made good on her promise to Siv and returned to Parnassos where she and Chewbacca rescued the pair from Jagnar and his before taking them with her off the dying world. During the trip Siv explained what had happened to them before Vi had returned and how they were captured Jagnar. Torbi would comment sadly that never got to play with any of the children in the tribe. Vi felt bad for the child know she had never had any friends or playmates growing up in the station, but she assured her that would be remedied when she got them to Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. As they approached Torbi and her mother gazed in awe at the large and beautiful world before them.
