The Droid Army arrived on a shore near Rellias and was met with a cavalry charge led by Ganne and the general, who were riding kaadu. Maul used his lightsaber to slaughter many Gungans in his path to reach Ganne. When he was five meters from Ganne and the general, Maul launched himself into the air towards them, decapitating the general and knocking Ganne off his kaadu.
