Sometime between 3647–3642 BBY during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, a Hutt owned a palace. When the region was stricken by a severe groundquake, the Hutt began to hoard medpacs in his palace, causing the combat medic Doc to trick a clan of Mandalorian warriors into attacking the palace. During the fighting, Doc infiltrated the palace and made off with the medpacs, and the battle ended with the death of both the clan and the Hutt.
The Hutt's palace was first mentioned in the conversation "Anonymous" with the Jedi Knight companion character Doc in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, which was released by BioWare and LucasArts in 2011.
