An unidentified Imperial fighter craft was used by an Imperial commander and four stormtroopers to pursue a Rebel scout craft to the surface of Keeper's World during the Battle of The Keeper's World.
The shape of the exterior of the Imperial fighter craft was identical to that of the TIE/LN starfighter, with two broad solar panels on either side of a ball-shaped hull. However, the ship was much larger, allowing it to transport four passengers, plus one pilot.
The Battle of The Keeper's World began in space, but the Rebel scout craft piloted by Luke Skywalker soon crashed on the planet below. After discovering the wreckage, the Imperial commander boarded an Imperial fighter craft with a complement of four stormtroopers to pursue the Rebels. One of the stormtroopers piloted the craft.
After The Keeper sent her planet into cataclysmic uproar, the commander and his stormtroopers retreated back to the fighter craft and escaped the planet, returning to the fleet.
The Imperial fighter craft was commanded by an unidentified Imperial commander during the Battle of The Keeper's World. The ship also carried a complement of four stormtroopers, all of whom survived to retreat from the planet after the battle.
