An Imperial space station orbited a planet along with at least two other stations of the same kind.
One of its hangar bays held several starfighters, including three Z-95 Headhunter, two Rihkxyrk Attack Ships, a M12-L Kimogila heavy fighter, as well as two AEG-77 Vigo transport ships and a passenger shuttle.
In 1 ABY, a small battle erupted on these distant space station. A young spacer was held captive by the Empire on board of the station. When smuggler Han Solo, his Wookiee co-pilot Chewbacca and the droids R2-D2 and C-3PO helped the spacer escape, Imperial starfighters opened fire on their own station. The Millennium Falcon barely escaped the station's destruction and the pursuing Imperial ships under Darth Vader's command, including two Star Destroyers. The Falcons crew shot down several TIE Fighters before they jumped into hyperspace, heading for Tansarii Point Station in the Bright Jewel system.
The Imperial space station was a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. The Imperial space station was added to the game upon the release of the "Publish 25", a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005,
The Imperial space station was the location where the "New Player Tutorial" of the ame started. The player's character "woke up" in the medical bay and learnt the game's basic controls. In the corridor outside the medical bay, the player then met Han Solo, Chewbacca, and the droids and is led to the hangar bay, where he can shot several stormtroopers. When the player entered the Millennium Falcon, a movie sequence shows the destruction of the station and the Falcon's escape. After the movie, the player took over one of the Falcons turrets to shoot down TIE Fighters, followed by another movie sequence showing the ship as it reached Tansarii Point Station.
