This LEP servant droid was stationed on Coruscant in 21 BBY during the Clone Wars.
This droid worked for Senator Padmé Amidala when she held a party for Senator Aang and helped her set the main table. C-3PO briefly spoke with this droid when he bumped into it, calling it a droid with malfunctioning digits for dropping its tray.
In the original script for "Evil Plans," C-3PO complains that the waiters only possess thumbs on their hands. However, C-3PO actor Anthony Daniels, as he was allowed to do due to his knowledge of C-3PO's character, disagreed with the line on the belief that droids lacked a finger that could be described as a thumb. Speaking with Supervising Director Dave Filoni, Daniels suggested amended forms of the line in "sticky digits" or "malfunctioning digits." Filoni quickly approved the latter suggestion, much to Daniels' delight.
