The capital city of Scipio was constructed on one of the planet's icy mountain peaks. The city's skyline of swooping arches and polished buildings was dominated by the massive and towering Main Vault of the InterGalactic Banking Clan. Additional administrative buildings surrounded the fortress-like edifice, including the chambers of the planetary government, the Core Five.
