During the Galactic Civil War, this individual served as an Imperial storm commando. After the Rebel Alliance's victory over the Empire and establishment of the New Republic, he lost his mind.
Having taken a job as a cook on a magnetic lift train that was to take New Republic Senator Drextar Pym to a diplomatic conference, he hijacked the train in an elaborate attempt to assassinate the Senator, charging him with "crimes against the Empire". The attempt involved taking Pym's family hostage and blasting the family's protocol droid, as well as planting bombs on the train. The attempt was thwarted by a crew of spacers who were also on the train.
