The shuttle takes off from Accresker Jail.

In 3 ABY, the rogue archaeologist Chelli Aphra contacted the vigilante Tam Posla, demanding an escape shuttle to to help her get off of Accresker Jail, an Imperial wreckage-prison which was on a crash course with the Mid Rim Territories planet Tiferep Major. Posla reluctantly agreed to the deal after Aphra revealed she had his arch nemesis Doctor Cornelius Evazan in her custody. The vigilante thus brought the shuttle, attached to the undercarriage of his own ship.

Landing in a hangar of Accresker Jail's wrecked prison-tug, Posla detached the shuttle from his ship and took Evazan, who was frozen in a block of ice, in exchange. After going out of her way to acquire a lightsaber from one of the prison's many wrecked ships, Aphra and her companion, Magna Tolvan, got on board the shuttle and took off from the wreckage-prison. However, the assassin droids 0-0-0 and BT-1 had arrived in a hijacked touring ship to capture Aphra, shooting down the escape shuttle down. The shuttle crashed back onto Accresker Jail, Aphra and Tolvan then disembarking its wreckage uninjured and fleeing the assassin droids.
