This person served as the pilot of a Mag-lev train. This train was seized and booby-trapped by mercenaries who were in the employ of the Disciples of Ragnos. He transmitted an emergency signal; Kyle Katarn and Jaden Korr, aboard the Raven's Claw, intercepted it. Katarn and Korr successfully defeated all the mercenaries and cult members, but upon Korr's arrival at the train's engine, the pilot had vanished.
